To get from the Bridge to Care Clinic in Seat Pleasant to Nest & Care Home Health Care in Bethesda, start by exiting the parking lot and making two quick lefts to get onto 65th Ave. Turn left again onto MD-704 N and follow it for approximately 4.9 miles, staying straight as you go. When you reach the interchange, turn left onto the ramp for I-95 N/I-495 N toward Baltimore, using the left lane to merge onto the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway.
Once you are on I-495 N, continue for about 16.6 miles through the northern part of the Beltway. Keep to the right to take Exit 35, following signs for I-270 N toward Frederick. After merging onto I-270 N, travel for about 1.5 miles and take Exit 1B for Rockledge Dr.
For the final leg of the trip, use the middle lane to turn left onto Rockledge Blvd, then take a quick right onto Rockledge Dr. Follow this for over half a mile before turning right onto Fernwood Rd/Westlake Terrace. Continue following Westlake Terrace until you reach Motor City Dr, where you will turn right. Make one last right turn, and your destination will be located on the left at 10411 Motor City Dr.
